A deliciously rich and moist pudding made from the finest ingredients, steamed in the traditional manner with cider, sherry, rum and brandy.
INGREDIENTS:
Dried fruits (44% [Sultanas, Citrus Peel, Raisins, Currants], Sugar, Sweet Sherry, Breadcrumbs [Wheat], Wheat Flour (Thiamine, Folic Acid), Water, Apple Cider,
Canola Oil, Stabiliser (1422), Almond Meal, Caramel Colour (150c), Malt Powder (Malted Barley), Rum, Brandy, Preservatives (202, 220 Sulphites, 223), Acidity Regulator (330, 342).
Contains Gluten, Wheat, Barley, Almonds & Sulphites.
May Contain Soy, Milk, Egg, Other Tree nuts & Peanuts.
DIRECTIONS TO USE:
The pudding is already cooked and only needs gentle re-heating.
Remove pudding from cloth.
Stovetop:
Place pouch in a saucepan of water and simmer for 1hr. Ensure that the water does not boil dry or boil too rapidly.
Microwave (1000W):
Place pouch in a microwave oven to heat for 3 minutes, rest for 2 minutes and then heat further for 3 minutes. The rest period allows for even reheating. Beware of steam when opening pouch. Temperature and time may vary depending on microwave.
